In 1997
Jose Loiola won the AVP King of the Beach Invitational.  It was the 13th win for Jose Loiola.
In 1997
Sandra Pires and Jackie Silva won the FIVB Australian Open.  It was the 14th win for Sandra Pires, the 59th win for Jackie Silva, and the 14th win for the team.
In 2019
Esteban Grimalt and Marco Grimalt won the FIVB Katara Beach Volleyball Cup.  It was the 3rd win for Esteban Grimalt, the 3rd win for Marco Grimalt, and the 3rd win for the team.
In 2020
Due to health concerns over the pandemic of the COVID-19 virus, the FIVB postponed or cancelled all events in the months of March, April, and May, freezing the World Ranking points as of March 16th. The World Tour would not resume until July 29th.
