2025: Donlin began a new partnership with Lexy Denaburg and played just one match on the AVP Tour, losing 19-17 in the third set of a match in a single elimination event in Huntington Beach. The pair competed in the AVP League for the Brooklyn Blaze and won their first five matches before losing their next three. In the League Championships they won three matches and claimed the title. Internationally Donlin and Denabug played 11 times, winning a silver in Newport Beach and placing fourth in another tournament. The duo concluded the year with a fifth place finish in the World Championships in Australia.

2024: Donlin and Flint played in three AVP events, finishing third and second before taking a seventh in the season finale, marking their first time in eight AVP events not making the semifinals. In the inaugural AVP League season Donlin and Flint competed for the Los Angeles Launch and had a 3-5 match record. In four international events together the pair had a best of fifth place.

2023: Donlin and Betsi Flint paired up for five AVP events, making the semifinals each time. In the season opener in Miami they finished second, followed by a third and then another second. The duo then made history in Manhattan Beach by losing their first round match but coming back and winning eight straight elimination matches to win the title. Donlin and Flint ended the domestic season with a third place finish. Internationally they played 11 times with a pair of fifths before winning a silver medal in Montreal. They placed ninth in the World Championships in Mexico.

2022: Donlin formed a partnership with Geena Urango, playing in seven AVP tournaments.  The duo placed second and third in their inaugural events, both on the Tour Series. Then in consecutive events they placed third, second and then won in Atlanta. Donlin competed internationally for the first time, playing in three Challenge events as well as an Elite event. She placed 17th with Zana Muno then was third and fourth in consecutive weeks with Katie Horton, advancing from the qualifier in all of three of those. Donlin ended the year winning a silver medal in an Elite event alongside Betsi Flint and then winning a NORCECA event with Flint as well.

2021: Donlin played in her first AVP main draw in Manhattan Beach with Hailey Harward and finished 17th. 

2020: Did not compete.

2019: Donlin played in three AVP qualifiers with three different partners but did not advance to the main draw in any of them. 

College: Donlin attended North Carolina for her first two years. She was the ACC Freshman of the Year and an AVCA All-America Honorable Mention, then was a medical redshirt her sophomore season. Donlin transferred to Hawai'i where she played beach volleyball, ending her junior season with a 29-6 record and was 7-2 as a senior before the season was cancelled due to COVID-19. With the extra year of eligibility, she enrolled as a grad student at Southern Cal, where she went 25-4 mostly on court 2, as USC won the national championship.

Personal: Formerly Julia Scoles, Donlin has an older brother, Cooper. Her mother, Ginny, played field hockey and ice hockey at Potsdam College. Donlin was the 2015 North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year, and was the sixth-ranked recruit in the nation according to PrepVolleyball.com.
