Hyden broke the AVP record for having the biggest age discrepancy
between partners in a main draw (23 years, 0 months and 22 days
difference in age). • Entering the 2026 season Webber has played in 18 different countries (outside the U.S.).
2025: Webber
and Smith placed third and ninth in their two AVP events as partners.
Webber played in two Tour Series championship matches, finishing second
with Djordje Klasnic and winning with Alex Ukkelberg. Webber and Smith
competed for the Los Angeles Launch in the AVP League, one of four teams
to finish with a 6-2 match record. In the League Championships they won
two matches before losing in the title match. The duo played seven
World Tour events, including playing in the qualifier six times. They
advanced into the main draw three times with a best of 17th. 2024: Webber
and Hagen Smith played in three AVP tournaments, getting two ninths and
a 13th. The duo played 10 World Tour events together and after losing
in the qualifier the first three times advanced from a qualifier to
place fifth in a Challenge event. They then won a gold and bronze in
Future events, then lost in three straight qualifiers before finishing
13th in a Challenge event. Webber and Timothy Brewster played three
World Tour events, starting with a 13th in an Elite event after
advancing from the qualifier, then losing in a qualifier before ending
the season with a gold medal in a Futures event. 2023: Webber
and Evan Cory played two AVP events with a best of fifth. Webber than
played six AVP tournaments alongside Hagen Smith, winning then placing
second in their first two Tour Series events. The duo also finished
third in Manhattan Beach. Webber and Cory lost in three World Tour
qualifiers, then placed fourth and won a silver in two Futures events
with Smith. Webber and Smith also took a fourth at the Pan Am Games and a
bronze in a NORCECA event. 2022: Webber played 12 AVP
events, splitting time with John Hyden and Seain Cook. He had a best of
fifth twice in his seven tournaments with Hyden. Webber and Cook played
four Tour Series events, getting a pair of thirds, and placed fifth in
their only Heritage Series event. Internationally Webber played six
times with three different partners. 2021: Webber and
Evan Cory played in all three AVP tournaments. After losing in the
qualifier in the first one, the duo was seeded directly into the main
draw for the last two, finishing ninth and 13th. Webber ended the year
ranked eighth in both blocks (1.38 per set) and kills (6.63 per set). He
competed once internationally, finishing 13th with Michael Boag. 2020: Did not compete. 2019: Webber
played eight AVP tournaments with four different partners. He had a
best of 13th in one of his two tournaments with Christian Honer, then
played in two qualifiers with Michael Boag. Webber and David Vander Meer
advanced from the qualifier to place 17th in their one event together.
Webber concluded the season playing three times alongside Ben Vaught,
finishing 17th each time. Webber did not play in enough matches to
qualify for the rankings, but would have finished third in both aces
(.86 per set) and blocks (1.86 per set). 2018: Webber
and Charles VanRees played in two AVP qualifiers. He missed his final
week of college to play in an FIVB event in Huntington Beach, advancing
through the country quota and qualifier to reach the main draw, placing
33rd with David Vander Meer. 2017: Webber and Charles VanRees played in two AVP qualifiers. 2016: Webber played one qualifier on another domestic tour. 2015: Webber played in an AVP qualifier with Chad Bergman at the age of 19.
College: Webber played volleyball at Cincinnati Christian University.
Personal:
Webber has an older sister, Libby, who played volleyball at Cornerstone
University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Logan was an assistant coach for
the women's volleyball team at Cincinnati Christian and assistant coach
for the men's volleyball team at Cornerstone University.
