Beach Bits: • Harward advanced from two AVP qualifiers in her career, as the 48th seed in Hermosa Beach 2017 and the 46th seed in Hermosa Beach 2018, making her the only player to advance twice when seeded 40th or lower in AVP history. 2025: Harward and Debrg placed fifth in the AVP season
opener, then Harward partnered with Molly Phillips,
placing 13th in Manhattan Beach. Harward and Deberg again competed for
the Dallas Dream in the AVP League, finishing with a 2-6 match record. Harward played 14 World Tour events with Phillips with a best of fifth two times in consecutive weeks, in a Challenge event in Mexico followed by an Elite event in Newport Beach. 2024: Harward played three AVP
tournaments alongside Kylie Deberg. The duo placed fifth in the
season opener in Huntington Beach after defeating 2021 Olympic Gold
medalists Alix Klineman and April Ross, which marked the first time that
pair had lost an AVP match prior to the semifinals. Harward and Deberg had ninths in both Manhattan
Beach and Chicago. In the inaugural season of the AVP League, Harward and Deberg competed for the Dallas Dream, where they had a 3-5 match
record. They defeated Klineman and Ross in the semifinals to reach the
League Championship match, where they lost in a Golden Set to Dallas. Harward and Deberg competed eight times on the World Tour, having to
play in the qualifier each of the first five times, and won a silver
medal in a Challenge event. Deberg ended the international season with a ninth place alongside 6'8" Rachael Kramer. On the NORCECA Tour the duo won two golds
and one bronze. 2023: Harward and Kelley Kolinske played six AVP tournaments together. They had three ninths plus a win in Denver on the Tour Series before placing second in Manhattan Beach. The duo ended the year with a fifth place in the season finale in Chicago. Internationally the duo played seven times with a best of ninth four times. Harward played twice with Alix Klineman, finishing 37th in the World Championships in Mexico, then played twice with Toni Rodriguez. Harward and Kolinske finished second in a NORCECA tournament. 2022: Harward played eight AVP tournaments with five different partners. She began the year with a third in New Orleans alongside Emily Capers. After two tournaments with Falyn Fonimoana she played for the first time with college teammate Tina Graudina and the pair won the title in Fort Lauderdale. Harward played twice with Lauren Fendrick and then twice with Kelly Reeves, ending the year with a fifth place in the season finale. Internationally Harward played three times with Xolani Hodel, with a best of fifth in a Challenge event, and one time with Kylie Deberg. 2021: Harward played one AVP event with Julia Donlin, placing 17th in Manhattan Beach. 2020: Did not compete. 2019: Did not compete. 2018: Harward
played three AVP qualifiers with three different partners. After losing
in the qualifier alongside Jayelin Lombard and Emily Sonny, Harward and
Kathryn Plummer advanced from the qualifier as the 46th seed in Hermosa
Beach and finished in ninth place. 2017: Harward played two AVP qualifiers with Claire Coppola, advancing in their second outing and placing 17th in Hermosa Beach.
College: Harward played four years indoors at Long
Beach State, where she left ranked third all time in digs (1,602) and
ninth all time in aces (116). She also played two seasons of beach
volleyball at LBSU, compiling a career 44-18 record. Her 37 wins on
court three set the school's record for that court. Harward then played
beach volleyball at Southern Cal as a graduate student, finishing 5-6 on
court one alongside Haley Hallgren during a shortened 2020 season. In
2021 she had a 24-7 overall record and in 2022 she had a 34-1 record,
including 31-2 mark on court one alongside 2020 beach Olympian Tina
Graudina as USC won the National Championship in both of those seasons.
She ended her collegiate career with a combined mark of 107-32.
Personal:
Harward's dad, Scott, played golf at San Diego State while her mom,
Linda, attended Long Beach State. Her high school volleyball team won
